    写给自己的金句

    产后以来一直处于睡眠不足的状态,一方面照顾宝宝,中午送饭回去,晚上做饭和哄孩子,每天到12点多才睡,半夜又要醒几次;一方面公司业务发展,工作量日增,我偏是个极负责的人,内心又隐隐有些担忧。这段日子苦累在忙碌中麻木了,现在出差,思维也老停不下来。我连练习瑜伽都静不下心了。深夜也睡不着,就熬夜写几个句子吧。Anyway,我该调整自己了。
     
    马恩列和毛泽东思想,最有用。迷茫的时候不妨回忆以下读研期间看的这些。这些思想让人理性。
     
    牛人从不需显摆,显摆的说明哪方面有些心虚 。应该可怜和包容这样的人,而不仅仅鄙视。
     
    对生命的敬仰非常重要。生命中最好天天接触自己喜爱的,愿意为之付出的事,如果自己觉得不快乐,说明哪方面出了问题了,请尽快调整吧。
     
    生命的厚度,请注意!步履匆匆的时候往往忽略这一点。
     
    如果重视缘分,就会宽容。

    总之,我要适当做些减法了,稍微放松一下。影响自己思维力的几个事,放弃去做了。准备28号去看THIS IS IT首映。最最重要的,调整自己的睡眠~利用中医知识,调养自己的身心~
